Upgraded Options

With the new feature customers now have the ability to upgrade their shipments from a port move to a door move online. This feature provides added convenience and flexibility, allowing customers to tailor their shipping experience to their specific needs. It also allows customers to split their shipment (provided they have multiple cargo details) and arrange for multiple import deliveries.

Smarter Processes

 Previously, customers had to manually upgrade their shipment to a door move or submit instructions. With this update, these tasks are seamlessly integrated reducing manual efforts and enhancing user experience. Also import operators, brokers, forwarders, and direct consignees can directly submit delivery instructions through a link without requiring ECU360 login details. Obtaining quotes and submitting instructions was never so seamless!

Further, those seeking visibility can utilize the existing track and trace feature, where customers can see estimated pickup date, actual pickup date and cargo received date for exports. While for imports they can see estimated delivery date and cargo picked up from CFS date and  actual delivery date for imports.
